Aijaz has over 25+ years of experience in IT Software, Education, and social service front. He did his master’s in computer applications and worked in the countries Sultanate of Oman (Muscat) , UAE (Dubai) before he started working as Project Manager in Tech Mahindra Hyderabad.
Aijaz Ahmed played a Key instrumental role in the establishment of TMREIS schools in Telangana. He is an Establishment specialist to start 204 Government Residential schools where 1.3 Lakhs students getting Free Education. During this tenure, Aijaz Ahmed lead a team of 6 students in Space Settlement Program Organized by NASA in Los Angeles, USA.
Currently, He is the Co-founder and Managing Director of a Full stack academy with three branches Gachibowli, Tolichowki and Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Also CEO @ Catalyst Connect hosting Events Hyderabad Education Expo & Business Expo.
He is also pursuing MSW, is passionate in Social Entrepreneurship and associated with major NGOs of Hyderabad.

Currently for last 6 years working as an Academic Consultant at TMREIS- A Telangana Government initiative to educate the poorest of the poor students, which has successfully in last 6 years established 204 Schools and 204 colleges and have 1,20,000 students acquiring quality education.
Mr Lateef possess a keen talent of establishing collaborations with NGO’s and Other partners which has led him to successfully help TMREIS in promptly finding buildings to lease out and set up schools. His connections with NGO’s and various Religious community heads has also aided in taking the TMREIS idea to every house and seek and convince the parents in getting maximum number of student admissions in a short span of time, leading to the success story of TMREIS today.
Experienced in handling various responsibilities as an administrator, academician and mentor, At TMREIS- Mr Lateef is one of the core team member in the Academics team at the Head office, helping ensure to streamline and implement the best teaching learning strategies in all 204 schools and colleges, working closely and monitoring the teachers and student performances.
